• Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered.

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions.
• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling our services, you agree to:

• Remove or secure pets and personal property from the work area
• Inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards
• Obtain any necessary permits (we can assist with this process)

Liability and Insurance

Branch Tree Service LLC carries comprehensive general liability insurance ($2 million) and workers' compensation insurance. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to property
• Damage to underground utilities not disclosed to us
• Natural consequences of proper tree care (e.g., increased sun exposure after tree removal)
